Returns & Refunds
Returns & Exchanges are only for:
- Damaged – The product is damaged.
- Wrong item – Wrong product is being delivered to the customer.
- Missing parts – The product is not complete and has missing parts.
- Not as advertised – The product delivered does not resemble what is advertised on the website.
Strictly no size exchange as each product is given with a measurement chart for reference. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect, faulty or has missing parts, in which case we will refund the return postage. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
